Dustin Dehez is a managing partner at Manatee Global Advisors. Dustin has previously worked for Deutsche Bank Research and has been Manfred Wörner Fellow in 2007. He has published extensively on international relations, national security and the global economy. His articles have appeared in Foreign Affairs and numerous German journals. His first book was published in 2013. In addition to his responsibilities at Manatee Global Advisors, he is a member of the Young Atlanticist Working Group of the Atlantic Council of the United States (ACUS) and the Foreign Policy Experts of the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation (KAF). He also serves as a regional chairman of the German United Nations Association (UNA Germany).
Sebastian Troch is a managing partner at Manatee Global Advisors and works at the cross roads of macroeconomics and geo-strategic issues. Prior co-founding and joining Manatee, Sebastian worked seven years in various positions at Hill+Knowlton Strategies. Most recently he was a senior regional consultant and regional business development manager based in the company’s Middle East & Africa headquarter in Dubai where Sebastian was part of the regional management team and reported directly to the regional CEO and president. During his time at the consultancy, Sebastian gained firsthand experience in the management of operations in emerging markets. Through his client work he also amassed extensive expertise in international litigation support, foreign policy communications, risk analysis, market entry strategies and due diligence. Sebastian studied political science with a major in international relations and security policy and a minor in international law at the Goethe-University (Frankfurt, Germany). He also holds a MA in diplomatic studies from the University of Leicester (UK). A Young-Königswinter alumnus, Sebastian is also a member of the Royal United Service Institute (RUSI) and the United Nations Association of Germany.
